Going forward we are now scheduling appointments for WA State MMJ Patients.
If you would like to be entered into the WA State medical marijuana patient database and receive your medical marijuana recognition card, please schedule an appointment.

These appointments take approximately 15 min and cost $20.

You will need to bring Valid ID and your authorization form from your doctor. (must be form DOH 623-123 2019)

Please have payment ready at time of appointment.
